Just a quick update in case anybody’s paying attention. I made it out to Roswell, my new home for the next few months. Roswell is flat. And they are all about the extra terrestrials. I’ll let you know if I see any.

I’m about 90 miles fron Reston so I’m making my last gas and stretch stop. I’m a little behind where I thought I’d be because I had to replace my battery in Rocky Mount. It finally gave up on me and I barely made it out of the Bojangles parking lot in Nashville. I think the DOT is trying to see how many different places they can close a lane along 95/295. I don’t mind though. It’s a beautiful day for riding (windy though) and I don’t think I’ve ever intentionally riden so slow on the Interstate.

It’s snowing, which I guess is ok. Tomorrow there is supposed to be enough snow to actually stick, but it’ll all wash away as it turns to rain over night. I actually like snow. I hate that it requires cold. The problem is that we’ve had cold for the past three months. I’m looking into opportunities in warmer climates. I hear there’s good money in piracy off the coast of Somalia. I’m not sure that killing, plundering, or holding for ransom are for me, but sailing around the tropics sounds ok.

I’m finishing up this new page. Actually, it’s not all that neat, but I’m not getting so many 404’s, and that’s what matters, right? I hope you all think this redesign is neat.
